The Medford School District 549c Elementary Music Mission is to introduce and foster a lifelong love of music as well as teach musical skills that can transfer into their academic and social lives.

The skills of music are taught through movement, singing, playing instruments, recorders, note reading, improvisation and most importantly-fun! All of this is achieved through the enjoyment of rich musical experiences from around the world.

Our main goal is to ensure that ALL students in the Medford School District have the proper skills needed to not only further their Musical lives but skills that will enhance the future of their everyday lives.
